Audience feedback is an essential process within my final production and my print artifacts. The feedback that I will receive will help me improve my print artifacts and my final production. Furthermore this will also enable me to tweak or change anything which I am not pleased with. Possibly by reacting to my audience feedback this could help improve my overall mark for my final production.
Firstly, the feedback that I received from my poster was that the title of my documentary was not that visible to the eye. However I did add a glow of red around the font to make the title more visible and catching to the eye. Furthermore my poster did not include a logo which relates to British boxing, so I decided to include Ricky Hatton’s very own logo on the bottom left of the poster this was because once the audience look at the poster it will immediately relate my documentary to British boxing. I added the logo by cropping the image on Photoshop and placing it on to my poster; I also used the magic wand tool to cut around the logo do it fitted exactly the way I wanted it to.
The feedback that I received from my magazine review was mostly positive as the audience felt that I used an effective image in the middle of the review which sums up the content of my documentary. On the other hand I had been told that I could have used more images within the review, but I could not do anything about this as there was lack of space and I felt if I include one to many images it will overexert my magazine review article. Furthermore I was also told that the color of my background was to tedious so I decided to include a bright red background for the heading so it immediate caught the audiences attention.
The final feedback that I received for my print artifacts was positive most people liked my magazine review as they said the colors, images and font stand out and very visible to the eye. The only downfall was my poster they said the font was not suitable for topic of my documentary, I could not implement this change as time was not by my side however, I did try to make my poster stand out by adding a glow around my font.
The feedback that I received for my final production was that the introduction of the documentary does not exactly state what the documentary will be about. The intro of my documentary starts of with archive footage of Ricky Hatton so I felt the audience could relate to this and will get the gist of what the documentary will be about. Overall my audience enjoyed watching my documentary and felt it was well informed and presented.
